LACK OF VENUES FOR AMATEUR DRAMA

I would like to add my congratulations to the Moulton Players on their theatre.

Such a pity that the Exeter Rooms were demolished and replaced by yet more flats.

The Exeter Rooms were used regularly. All they needed where to be repaired and modernised on the upper floor.

Now another building is lost and there is nowhere for amateur drama groups to put on a 'straight' play near the town centre.

Unless, or course, the Jesus Fellowship has a place they might consider hiring out? The former ABC Cinema had three cinemas under one roof. Just a thought!
