Through the 'Jesus Fellowship Community Trust' the Jesus Fellowship own a considerable amount of property throughout the country. The majority of the properties owned are situated in the towns and village surrounding the groups headquarters, New Creation Farm, on the outskirts of the Northamptonshire village of Nether Heyford.
Property includes and number of farms and sizable amount of farming land including Vineyard Farmhouse in Church Stowe and Plough Hall Farm in Warwickshire. Bugbrooke Chapel (originally a Baptist Chapel) and its nearby manse. The recently opened Jesus Centre in Coventry (formerly a garage), and the soon to be converted former Cannon/Savoy cinema in Northampton town centre
Other property owned by the group, and home to many of the community members include large country houses and former stately homes: New Creation Hall (formerly Bugbrooke Hall) in Bugbrooke, Cornhill Manor in Pattishall, (formerly a hotel), Honeycombe Grange near Weedon, Sheepfold Grange in nearby Upper Stowe, a former vicarage in Flore, Festal Grange in Pattishall and Cornerstone Hall in Birmingham.
In addition to these, the group also owns a large number of houses in the villages surrounding their headquarters, and many sizable houses scattered within towns and cities throughout the country, in some cases adjoining properties have been purchased to create larger community houses.
Business premises are also owned for many of the groups own enterprises, the majority of the larger premises are based close to the huge Goodness Foods warehouse on the South March Industrial Estate in Daventry. Other business premises owned include a number of shops for the groups enterprises, whilst other shops are owned and let by the group for additional income.
In recent years, the group have purchased the premises for their Jesus Centre's, but have also closed and sold at least one community house in Stockport, a new house in Coventry is currently being set-up following an increase in members in the City since the Jesus Centre opened. Other recent property sales include the sale of converted barns at Vineyard Farm in Church Stowe.
